Terms of use

1. What IAM NOW UTILITY is#

IAM NOW UTILITY is independent software that builds Solana transactions and pages for you to review: a Buy Button, a Trust Badge, a Burn Wall, Lock Proof, Locked Split and Live Stats, plus team pages and embeds. It is not pump.fun, StonkFun, Raydium, Meteora, Jupiter or Streamflow, and it is not affiliated with them.

2. You hold your keys#

• The software is non custodial. We never hold your private keys or your seed phrase, and we never hold your funds or your tokens.
• Every action is a transaction or a message your own wallet signs. Nothing moves without your signature.
• Our servers never send your funds anywhere except inside the transaction you sign.
• A signed transaction on Solana cannot be reversed by us or by anyone else. A burn destroys tokens for good.

3. No advice#

Nothing on this site is investment, financial, legal or tax advice. Trust badges, stats and lock lists show facts read from the chain. They are not audits, endorsements or recommendations, and a fact that is true when it is read may not be true later.

4. Third parties#

The utilities rely on programs and services run by others, including Jupiter, Jupiter Lock, Streamflow, pump.fun, Meteora and the Solana network. They act at their own discretion and can change or upgrade what they run. In particular, pump.fun keeps admin powers over the fee sharing configs of its coins, Meteora can upgrade its programs, and Jupiter decides its routes. We do not control them and are not responsible for what they do.

5. Fees#

Our fees are listed on the Fees page and shown in your wallet before you sign. They are taken only inside transactions you approve. Network fees, pool fees and third party fees are separate.

6. Your content#

• You are responsible for what you put on a team page and for every Burn Wall message you post: text, links and images.
• Use only names, tickers, images and logos you have the right to use. See Names and logos.
• Do not post anything unlawful, misleading, abusive or harmful, and no links to malware or to sites that ask for seed phrases.
• We may remove a page from our site, hide a Burn Wall message, or stop serving an image when these rules are broken. We cannot change or delete anything onchain.

7. Your conduct#

• Do not impersonate any person, brand or project, or call a coin “official”.
• Do not use the software for fraud, market manipulation, volume bots, wash trading, money laundering or any unlawful purpose.
• Do not try to get around region checks, rate limits, sign in checks or safety checks.
• Do not alter or imitate a widget, and do not show a Trust Badge for one token on a page about another.

8. Embeds on your website#

You are responsible for your own website. Embedding one of our tools does not make us a party to your site. What visitors do through an embed is covered by these terms, and a wallet pop-up always opens on our own domain.

9. Restricted regions#

Buying through our widgets is not available in restricted regions. By using the Buy Button you confirm that you are not in one.

10. The software is provided as is#

We work to keep the software accurate and available, but we provide it without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses from using it, including losses from token prices, third party programs, network failures or your own signing decisions.

11. Operator and governing law#

The operator's details and the governing law will be set out here before the site leaves beta.

12. Changes#

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the current version.
